    大托輥成形工藝是采用常規油冷卻,能夠保證其硬度要求,但淬硬層硬度值和性能指標基本偏下限。為了提高大托輥的硬化層深度和力學性能,同時考慮到節能降耗,根據現場實際裝爐情況進行分析評審;其次參照《重型機械標準》及《大鍛件熱處理》等資料作為理論依據,同時根據長期從事熱處理工作經驗,確定采用非常規的“水空水”新工藝,制定工藝時考慮到大型鍛件內部可能存在缺陷的因素,保守確定水冷時間,合理確定空冷時間,從而保證大托輥質量。 The high roller forming process adopts conventional oil cooling, which can guarantee its hardness, but the hardness value and performance index of the hardened layer are lower.
